LPGA*USGA Girls Golf (Girls Golf) is the only national junior golf program that specializes in providing girl-friendly environments for juniors to learn the game of golf. We’re the experts in making the game of golf fun, and we teach more than just stance and swing; we teach girls valuable life skills like confidence and perseverance. Our Girls Golf Program is intended to enhance our First Tee Eastern Michigan offerings, not to replace First Tee classes.

Each of our 500 Girls Golf sites help prepare girls ages 6 – 17 for a lifetime of enjoyment of the game while also inspiring them to feel confident, build positive self-esteem and live active and healthy lives through The Five E’s of Girls Golf.

How to Join

There is no charge to join the LPGA Girls Golf Program. Each event held through our local office will have a nominal charge. For more information on programming and how to join, contact Coach Joe Simpson at First Tee – Eastern Michigan (810) 249-7071.

Girls Golf Schedule:

May 2: Spring Class (6-7:30pm)

Cost: $10

Location: IMA Brookwood Golf Club

July 24: Summer Class

Cost: $24  (2 GoKart Rides, 18 Holes of Mini Golf and Ice Cream)

Location: Lake Nepessing Golfland

Must be 54 inches tall to drive the GoKart. Two seater GoKarts are available, must be 16 yrs of age to drive.

August 11: Beyond the Sea

September 8: Parent/Daughter Golf Scramble
